Order Processing & Fulfillment

      ● Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
      ● Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
      ● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

      ● For standard orders, we offer United States Postal Service Priority Mail
      ● Estimated delivery times:
             ○ Priority Shipping: 2-3 days
      ● For large orders, Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions

      ● Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship products to your State that are not legal under your State Law
      ● For international Shipping, please check the laws of the destination Country prior to placing your order.
      ● It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

      ● If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
      ● If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance.
